Tbabaji bob kindlerhe Vedic scriptures tell us of three great boons indispensable for God-realization: a human body, the company of a great Soul, and the desire for liberation. To these, the Holy Mother, Sri Sarada Devi, has added a fourth, the grace of one's own mind. Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother and Swami Vivekananda have stated in various ways that bondage and ignorance (of our true nature) exist only in the mind. For this reason, our centers concentrate on spiritual disciplines (sadhana) that remove ignorance from the mind by focusing attention on our eternal union with God. These disciplines fall under four main categories that are to be harmoniously practiced and integrated. They are 1) Jnana yoga, the path of knowledge, 2) Bhakti yoga, the path of devotion, 3) Karma yoga, the path of selfless service and action, and 4) Raja yoga, the path of Meditation.

The first discipline, Jnana, or the path of knowledge, involves the deep, concentrated study of the Sanatana Dharma (Eternal Teachings) as revealed in the Upanishads, the philosophical portions of the Vedas, as well as other non-dual scriptures. Our beloved Spiritual Director, Babaji Bob Kindler, has a special ability to access and transmit these profound teachings. In this, the largest section of our website, we offer to you Babaji's humbly written and spoken commentaries on Vedanta, the four yogas, Tantra, Samkhya, meditation and other aspects of the Sanatana Dharma. They are presented in the form of books, articles, audio and helpful explanatory charts, and soon to come video discourses. May knowledge and devotion deepen through our study of these teachings. May they confer upon us all the realization of the highest Truth of Brahman or Satchitananda‚ÄĒExistence, Consciousness and Bliss Absolute!
