     Being one of the ten Upanisads of the Rig Veda, The Atma Bodha Upanisad proclaims the perfection of the Atman in no uncertain terms.  Sometimes referred to as the “I Am” Upanisad, its assertions regarding the unreality of worldly life and the abiding prominence of spiritual life confirm the existence of Brahman and declare many powerful mental perspectives and nondual teachings leading to Its full realization.

     Swift and fast in its attack on ignorance, and the utter futility of holding on to it in any way, shape, or form, the Atmabodha lights up both mind and Soul for rapt contemplation and blissful meditation.
